This page describes the public SponsorPlat website and its optional email-request form. It is not a complete privacy policy for a future authenticated service.

Details you enter
The form asks for your work email, role, organization or event, and an optional description of what you want to discuss. These fields prepare an email draft locally in your browser.
What happens when you send
The website does not submit or save the form fields to a server. If you send the draft, your email provider and the SponsorPlat Microsoft 365 mailbox handle the message. The team uses it to respond to your request.
Your choice
You can browse the site and download the blank worksheet without making a request. To ask about a message you sent or request removal, email hello@sponsorplat.com from the address you used.
